In honor of World Sleep Day, we’re highlighting one of the most common topics for new parents: newborn sleep.
Newborns don’t yet know the difference between day and night and typically sleep 14–17 hours in a 24-hour period, waking often to feed. While frequent nighttime wake-ups are completely normal, safe sleep practices are essential.
We encourage all new and expecting parents to read the helpful article for guidance on sleep patterns, safe sleep recommendations, and when to speak with your pediatrician.
