Dear friends and valued clients,
I wanted to share some updates with you! As of July 1, 2024, I have transitioned my practice to focus exclusively on providing Christian therapy for Christian women through individualized telehealth sessions. I am thrilled to continue serving and supporting Christian women ages 26+ in this exciting way, which allows for the best in Christian therapy.

If you or someone you know is seeking a compassionate therapist who integrates Christian principles into therapy, I am here to help. I specialize in addressing various personal challenges and growth opportunities unique to Christian women.

Celebrating The Creation of Legacy & The Power of Intention

On April 16, 2017 I recreated my love of helping others through CateRRRflies Lifework a private practice that would serve all of North Carolina though online counseling. I am excited to say that today we provide the same dynamic services through our Fayetteville office and we also provide chat counseling sessions which allow us to serve people more efficiently.

I can not continue to do this important work alone. So our intention is to grow in the areas of business and administration, communication with our clients through our dedicated new website (launching soon) and our new revamped page, our presence in the community, and with the hiring of loving professionals to support you with a spirit of excellence. Our most major growth plan is to nurture and bring on loving mental health and addictions professionals who represent the diversity that we see in Fayetteville every day. We want to honor that diversity and provide you with service in the spirit of excellence; this is our promise to you. With that said, I could use your help. CateRRRflies Lifework (pronounced Cat - ter- flies) is simply about the process of the caterpillar to the butterfly with all its majesty, challenge, and divine intervention. So when you see the butterfly logo you know who is in the house! It’s about intentionally taking your life and creating a legacy that you and your loved ones will honor. Its about doing your own work, and in the process, making life better for everyone connected to you. It’s about your privilege. We take most major insurances, self pay, and NC Health Choice. If you need support in designing your legacy, we are here to help.
