FirstHealth Fitness - Raeford As a medical fitness center, FirstHealth Fitness – Raeford is more than just a gym.

All of the programs are medically based and under the supervision of a medical doctor. The center features the latest in cardio and weight training equipment as well as innovative group exercise classes. The aquatics center includes an indoor heated pool, whirlpool and full-service locker rooms. In addition to child care services the center offers a variety of children’s programming including swimming lessons, a basketball court, aquatic center, educational lectures on a variety of health and wellness topics and on-site massage services.

Good Afternoon Everyone. The aquatics area is temporarily closed due to a building-wide heating issue. For your safety and comfort, FirstHealth Fitness – Raeford will close today at 5 p.m., as indoor temperatures are expected to drop significantly. We are actively working to resolve the issue and anticipate the heating will be restored, and the facility will reopen with regular hours Wednesday, December 17.
