🤩 Meet Mr. Edward, a testament to the power of determination and care. Admitted to Care Connection Rahway on 9/25, he embarked on a transformative journey, embracing physical and occupational therapy. Through his perseverance and our dedicated team, Mr. Edward was discharged home, now needing only minimal assistance and no supplemental oxygen. 💪😎

His success story is a shining example of the incredible progress that's possible with trust and teamwork at Alaris Health. Mr. Edward is pictured here with his therapists, Analee Diaz (left) PT, and Milcah Torralba (right) OT. 🩺💙
