To My Valued Patient’s,

I am writing to let you know that I will be taking a planned medical leave for surgery, beginning February 19, 2026, with an expected return around May 4, 2026. This decision was made with careful planning to ensure your care remains my top priority.

During my absence, the clinic will remain open Monday thru Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, unless otherwise posted. I have arranged temporary coverage with a trusted physician to provide prescription refills and to assist with urgent needs. If you have an urgent medical concern during this time, please call Traci or utilize your local urgent care.

Routine appointments will be paused until my return, and we will contact you to reschedule as needed. I appreciate your understanding and patience, and I look forward to resuming care as soon as I am able.
