✨Mat Pilates class tonight- it is a form of exercise that uses controlled movements on a mat to strengthen the core, improve flexibility, and increase body awareness. It involves exercises performed in positions like seated, back-lying, and kneeling, and can be done with or without equipment like weights or resistance bands. This method focuses on deep breathing, proper form, and a mind-body connection to build overall strength and improve muscle tone.

In continuing from a previous post yesterday...
As a fitness facility we have always advocated for health and wellness. As a business owner in Etowah County we always feel the importance of giving back to our community by sharing the knowledge of fitness throughout the city's who are a part of this community

✨These are additional photos of Jane Watkins sharing the importance of yoga to cross country athletes at Gadsden City High School last week.

✨Jane also taught stress relief & relaxation and worked with teachers who are a part of the Windy Van Hooten Teaching Garden. Please click on this link and learn more about this woderful organization.

✨This summer Bea Jai Merriman shared her knowledge of Yoga with athletes at Gadsden Sate Community College.

✨Every year we select a new team of Campus Reps who work within our community serving non-profit organizations including Never Surrender: A Breast Cancer Support Organization, Man Up Gadsden, United Way of Etowah County , James M. Barrie Center for Children and many other worthy charitable organizations.
