My focus is Electro-Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and Digestive Health. I assist my clients in goal setting for their individual situation and then guiding them in creating a plan to meet those goals.

Electro-Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is a light touch, painless and non-invasive technique used to stimulate the proper flow and drainage of the lymphatic system. This inert gas ionization technology uses a combination of vibrational, light and electrical waves to decongest and stimulate the flow of the lymph.

I am a Certified Practitioner of Nutrition and Health Coach as well as 22 years of experience in the Health and Wellness Industry.
