I am not a nutritionist. I don’t endorse diets, which are temporary and stop working as soon as you stop doing them.
I help people build their new lasting life long way of being! I support clients with positive suggestions to eat whole healthy nutritious food in appropriate volume! The stomach is truly only about the size of your fist, but will stretch if you over eat. I guide people to feel fully satisifed with less, and release unhealthy “food like products” from their routine, so they may be light on their feet and have a better functioning body. You have to live in this earth suit, why would you put toxins in it that cause you pain and suffering?
It is important to be honest in the daily hand written food journal . I am not here to criticize or condemn anyone. Being honest allows me to make the most supportive suggestions. A binge doesn’t mean the whole week is ruined, get back on track as soon as you can! The purpose of meeting weekly is to check in on what stressors led to a binge? What time of day was problematic? What people in your life are sabotaging your goals? Etc so I may make suggestions that best support you for the next week. We will rapidly build up your self esteem and confidence in yourself. We unfold the emotions of being so food focussed, and we decenter eating as your biggest pleasure. Rest assured, there is plenty of pleasure and good tastes in eating healthy once it becomes your normal, and you desensitize your taste buds to overly salty sugary processed foods. Stop calling yourself a “foodie”. Why make fun of people who are into fitness when you can become one!

People make excuses that they already love themselves at their size. Good! You should love yourself in every stage and phase of life. It’s not a fashion show, the bottom line is being very overweight causes a multitude of health issues and is one of the biggest killers of American people. It’s not “fat phobic”, it’s about not allowing the biggest health epidemic to become normalized.
When stomach fat grows large it’s actually called “visceral fat” or “toxic fat” and surrounds your vital organs, linked to serious health risks like cancer, heart disease and diabetes.
Visceral fat seriously becomes its own entity and starts creating its own negative hormones. Somehow gluttony has become the one sin fully accepted and tolerated, but it’s a big betrayal to ourselves and the people who love us! I am here to support people in honoring their bodies
