H2C is an immersive hiking experience designed to engage a participant's body, mind, and spirit.

Hike 2 Connect™ is an immersive experience designed to engage a participant's body, mind, and spirit. It includes mindfulness activities and the implementation of resiliency tools. The goal is to get participants connected to nature, themselves, and others around them.

At H2C, we want to explore all the possibilities associated with good health. We combine physical fitness with mental and emotional wellness to encourage overall health. We're excited to take this journey with you.

🥾 Discover
Intentional hiking is a new endeavor for some in our hiker community. The H2C experience gives participants of every age and fitness level a new way to experience the outdoors. There is so much to discover about ourselves and others.

🥾 Connect
The H2C experience gives participants the chance to connect with nature during our hikes. We also provide guided hikes with resiliency activities to help participants connect with one another as they make healthy mental and emotional connections within themselves.

Walk, Worship & Write is a FREE immersive hiking experience led and facilitated by Swanda Warren (Swan Shine) that includes a short hike, worship in movement and journaling. ALL Ages Welcome | Ages 13+ *Must register.

We have kept an eye on the weather for days and the forecast continues to show rain all throughout this Saturday, beginning early in the morning.

Out of consideration for the safety of our Hike 2 Connect™ Community, we have decided to cancel this month's outing. The particular trail for Saturday gets very muddy when it rains which can pose a number of hazards due to the terrain.

Our apologies for any inconvenience. We attempted to wait it out because we DO want to see you all!
