Since we were originally founded as Nurse Care of North Carolina in 2000, our care teams have been serving communities across the NC Triangle area, including Durham, Orange, and Wake Counties. Our services include care management, public/private guardianship, in-home care, and nursing care. We are the only home care provider in the NC Triangle area offering integrated care management. Our dedicate

d and robust care professional team includes care managers, caregivers, nurses, and administrative support. We are not a franchise or a small office only serving part of the NC Triangle area. We are part of and supported with the resources of a national brand, yet we have a very local team dedicated to serving our community. We are a Home Care Pulse Certified Trusted Provider. I love working for a company that recognizes their teammates for living out our mission and values! The amazing Kimberette was awarded "The Arosa Care Extraordinaire Award" for going above and beyond to help a family member of one of our clients. Her intervention and guidance made a tremendous difference in a serious health event. But to be fair, Kimberette is known for always going above and beyond! We are honored to have her on our team! Thank you Kimberette and congratulations!

If your loved one exhibits changes in mood, personality or behavior for more than a few weeks, consider that he or she may be depressed. Seniors may not readily admit it and may not seek help on their own. Talk to your loved one gently about what you are observing and encourage them to seek help and support. https://bit.ly/3FBM5vu

Five Ways to Tell if a Loved One is Depressed Depression is a clinical condition that is much more than feeling sad. It is a medical condition that affects the brain and makes it difficult for a person to feel joy or happiness. It can make coping with daily life extremely difficult and casts a […]

If you know anyone who is a social worker or a nurse, who would be interested in a care management position working with seniors, I would love to speak to them. I work with Arosa and we provide in-home care, primarily for seniors, and we are looking to grow our team. Our care managers help our families navigate the aging journey by providing resources and solutions. We are looking for someone who is creative, detailed, organized, and likes being out in the community building relationships. Please let me know if you have someone in mind!
