Are You An ACTIVE COUCH POTATO?
An "Active Couch Potato" is someone who exercises for 30 minutes each day but sits for more than 10 hours per day!
Even though they achieve the recommended 150+ minutes of exercise per week, they still accumulate more sedentary activity than their counterparts.
This means you could still be at risk for health issues even if you’re exercising the “recommended amount.”
This is why it’s important to create an active lifestyle on top of your regular exercise routine!
