Bring back real creativity! Bring back passion! Bring back trusting your own thoughts!
This is how I did it:
1. Decide you’re someone people naturally watch and are drawn to!! Instead of thinking “I’ll be more confident on screen when I grow,” start being confident NOW and let growth be the byproduct. This will completely change how you show up.
2. Stop over consuming and “scrolling for inspiration.” If your content is just coming from what everyone else is doing, your energy gets diluted. No one stands out if everyone is the same. Magnetism comes from YOUR current thoughts, YOUR lived experiences, YOUR perspective in real time. So before posting ask yourself “what do I think?” vs “what will go viral?”
3. REGULATE THEN CREATE. I don’t care if it sounds crazy but the better energy you are in, the better your content will perform. If you create from urgency, comparison, dysregulation people can feel that. TRUST, I’ve done it before and it always flops. So I always do a self reiki practice before posting (and even send reiki to my post while it’s uploading).
4. Let your FULL emotional range be visible. You don’t grow by being “perfect” and having it all figured out because that’s not real. No one has it all figured out. You grow by being real, by being human, and letting people see your range. Sharing when you’re feeling off, sharing reflective thoughts, or even uncertainty. This is actually what builds trust.
5. Your energy IS the algorithm before the algorithm. If you are posting trying to prove, be liked or go viral … it creates resistance. But if it feels like “this is just who I am, take it or leave it” THAT pulls people in. People don’t follow content, they follow someone’s IDENTITY.
6. Assume your people are ALREADY looking for you. Stop thinking “how do I get more followers?” and start asking yourself “how do I let myself be SEEN by the people who already resonate with me!” Social media is SOCIAL for a reason. In an age where everyone only cares about themselves, create COMMUNITY.
I have so many more. Let me know what questions you have or if you want a part 2!
