They say pressure makes diamonds…💎

Lately I’ve been reflecting on this past year. This year asked so much of me. It stretched me in ways I didn’t always understand while it was happening. There were moments that felt expansive & alive, and others that felt heavy, slow, and deeply uncomfortable. But even the pain carried something with it…clarity, strength, a deeper honesty with myself. I can see now how much I grew in the places that hurt.

Nothing about the last year was random. The constriction. The uncertainty. The moments where you questioned yourself. That wasn’t life breaking you down. That was refinement. Pressure forces you to meet parts of yourself you couldn’t access in comfort. It sharpens discernment. It strengthens self trust. It dissolves timelines that were too small for who you’re becoming.

You’re not becoming someone new. You’re remembering who you were before fear taught you to shrink. Before society taught you a smaller woman is a “better” woman. A quieter woman is a “better” woman. A more malleable woman is a “better” woman.

Because the truth is you didn’t come here to be some diluted down version of yourself. You came here to be POTENT. You did not come here to be liked by everyone. You came here to be FELT and 2026 is the year you step into that fully.

If 2025 felt heavy, it’s because you were under construction. And 2026? It’s your year. Not in the Pinterest-y cliche kind of way. But because it’s the year you own your fullness, your contradiction, your desires — boldly. unapologetically. it’s where step into your most abundant timeline. And I mean that in every sense of the word. Abundant in love. in time. in friendship. in community. in your finances. abundant in everything.

In numerology, 2026 is a 10 year: the number of new beginnings, cycles of creation, & infinite potential. In the Chinese calendar, it’s the Year of the Fire Horse: a year for unstoppable energy, courage, & bold action.

This year isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about letting the brilliance that was formed under pressure finally be seen. Who is with me?

Most people think manifesting abundance is about “thinking positive” or trying to convince themselves that everything is fine…

That’s not how it works and tbh that will keep you more blocked than magnetic

Because your FULL emotional range IS your magnetism ❤️‍🔥

But here’s the thing: manifestation starts with awareness (like everything). You have to know what you’re thinking and feeling because your subconscious is always running the show. If you’re unaware, you could be sending out thousands of thoughts of lack or fear without even realizing it — and Universal law will respond to those.

The first step isn’t forcing positivity. It’s noticing where you are right now. Once you bring yourself into awareness, you can consciously choose which thoughts and feelings you want to cultivate. That’s where the real magic happens.

❤️‍🔥Today’s practice:
- Pause throughout your day and ask yourself: “Am I aware?”
- Notice the thoughts and feelings coming up — without judgment.
- If you catch scarcity, tension, or fear, breathe, release, and consciously shift to abundance by giving yourself permission to FEEL it. When you try to push these thoughts down or away without truly feeling them, they become stuck energy. So give yourself permission to cry, scream into a pillow, shake your body and take a few deep breaths letting tension dissolve before you try to redirect your thoughts.

Becoming aware is about stepping out of autopilot and into the present moment, where all your power exists. From here, you can make conscious choices that actually support the abundance you’re calling in!! ❤️‍🔥💸✨

What I noticed is that when I TRIED to grow…when I TRIED to force it…it felt like nothing was working.

And I knowwwwww someone reading this needs to hear that.

Trial reels felt like a way to experiment without the pressure. I feel like when I would post to my main page, I was so worried and hung up on if it would do well or if people would like it and then it took all the fun out of creating.

Trial reels was like this permission slip to create how and what I wanted to without worrying about spamming my audience.

I ended up making a rule for myself that “only my higher self was allowed to post from here on out”

And that didn’t mean the best, most shiniest, perfect version of me. It meant the version of me that wasn’t afraid of stepping on people’s toes. The version of me that feels the most authentic in THAT moment. The version of me that’s not here to be LIKED, but here to be FELT. The version of me that doesn’t care what people think or say about me because I LIKE ME. I KNOW ME.

And guess what?? Other people feel that, too.

Once I got the hang of showing up as that version of me always — I created for the sake of creation. Not just to “go viral.” Tbh I could care less if I go viral anymore.

I just want to share what’s on my heart and maybe help a few people (or maybe even a lot of people) in the process as sickeningly cliche as that is!!!

All of this to say BE THE VERSION OF YOU THAT YOU ARE OBSESSED WITH. CREATE FROM THAT VERSION OF YOU.

Because if you aren’t obsessed with you, why would other people be??

This is my favorite money practice 💸 !! so you know it had to be a part of the wealth accelerator challenge!!

If abundance has felt like something you have to chase, earn, or strain for…this practice changes that and it has the ability to change that QUICK.

HAR isn’t just a mantra.
It’s a full body energetic reset.

Most people try to manifest money from the mind — affirmations, visualization, positive thinking — but money is received through the body. If your nervous system associates receiving with stress, guilt, or danger, abundance will always feel just out of reach.

HAR works because it bypasses the conscious mind and goes straight to the subconscious + energetic body.

This is why people notice when they practice:
• unexpected money
• easier opportunities
• emotional relief around finances
• less urgency and more trust

🌀 How to practice HAR:

• Sit cross-legged (or however is comfortable) with a tall spine
• Eyes are softly focused down the nose
• Elbows by your sides, forearms at a 45° angle, hands at throat level

As you chant “HAR” (pronounced HUD):
• Strike the sides of the palms together rhythmically
• Palms face down → index (Jupiter) fingers touch, thumbs crossed (right under left)
• Palms face up → pinky (Mercury) fingers touch
• Pull the navel/bellybutton in with each chant

HAR. HAR. HAR.
Let the sound + movement rewire your magnetic field.

The mudras (hand positions) channel prosperity + opportunity
– Jupiter finger → wisdom, expansion, leadership
– Mercury finger → wealth, communication, flow
The alternating hand positions balance receiving and circulating energy.

Do this for 3–11 minutes and notice what shifts — not just in money, but in how supported you feel by life. In Kundalini they recommend doing the practice for 40 days straight.

You can have all the money you desire…and more ❤️‍🔥

But only to the extent that you BELIEVE it’s available for you. Most people aren’t blocked by effort, strategy, or even mindset. They’re blocked by invisible beliefs (that you probably picked up from childhood) they’ve been living inside of for years.

Beliefs like:
- money has to be hard
- wanting more is selfish or unspiritual
- people like me don’t make that kind of money
- I’ll get there someday… but not yet

These aren’t truths.
They’re ceilings.

And whatever you believe is possible becomes the edge of what you allow yourself to receive. That’s why manifestation isn’t about forcing affirmations or thinking positive all day. It’s about identifying where you’ve been unconsciously deciding how much is allowed to flow to you and gently choosing something different.

Today’s practice is about expanding your internal capacity for wealth so your external reality can finally meet you there!!

So anytime you catch yourself slipping into an old belief you are immediately going to say out loud the exact OPPOSITE of that belief.

Example: money is hard to make
you’re going to say: “money comes to me easily and effortlessly”

I can only make money through my job
you’re going to say: “money comes to me from every direction without me doing a single thing”

I can’t afford that
“I can afford that and everything else I desire”

The more you start to catch, question, and reframe the limiting beliefs, the more you weaken those old neural pathways and build new ones that actually propel you towards where you want to go.

When the belief collapses, so does that ceiling.
When the belief changes, so does your reality.

21 Days. A new relationship with money. A new level of receiving. A new level of 💸 !!

Have you ever gotten to place where you’re like “I’m done living this way?”

I know I have & that’s why I’m starting this challenge. It wasn’t too long ago where I was constantly living in the negatives in my bank account. And when I hit rock bottom I said “enough is enough.” And that’s actually the power of being in pain enough around something.

It’s like you have this inner resolve where you’re willing and ready to do whatever it takes to get out of your current circumstances and, fck, was I ready.

I spent years learning about energy, manifestation, law of attraction and in one year built a six figure business in healing.

And now I’m sharing everything I learned with you.

Today we begin the 21 Day Wealth Accelerator Challenge — inspired by Rhonda Byrnes new book Countdown to Riches and mixing in my own practices, tools, methods.

Day 1 is simple: remember the Universal Law (what you expect, expands)…clean up your wealth mindset (what you believe you get to have, you attract)…& then stretch your capacity to receive with today’s practice.

So for today’s practice: Create your Wealth Wish List
This is 20+ things you desire that cost money — big, small, practical, luxurious. The things you’ve been putting off or never let yourself say out loud. Write the desire + the cost (it can be exact or estimated). Let it feel fun. Let it feel possible.

An example:
– Extra $500 a month for groceries
– A $3,000 weekend trip with your partner
– $12,000 for a new car down payment
– $75 dinner at your favorite restaurant once a week
– $2,200 for a business coach
– $500 toward debt each month

The more honest you are with your desires, the faster they move toward you.
