Tight, weak, inappropriately worked traps are something I see almost every day. We hunch, we slouch, we droop, we cave….and we compensate.

#1 mistake?? STRETCHING your trigger points! Don’t pull the knot tighter. Soften and loosen it, and use/contract the affected muscle to “let go” of the knot.
