✨ Now Accepting New Clients in the Carolinas✨

If you’re navigating pregnancy loss, infertility, or relationship distress, you don’t have to go through it alone. 💛

I create a real, unfiltered space for healing—where we honor the hard stuff, process the heavy emotions, and yes… sometimes even laugh (because let’s be real, therapy doesn’t have to feel like a funeral every session).

If you’re looking for a therapist who keeps it real, won’t judge you for cussing, and believes that healing can include humor, raw honesty, and deep conversations—we might be a great fit.

💡 Offering in-person & virtual sessions in North Carolina.

Our words have power, especially the words we say to ourselves. Sometimes positive self-care is simply the way you speak to yourself.

🌈 Happy Pride Month! 🌈

This Pride Month, we celebrate love, diversity, and the power of being true to oneself. One of the most impactful ways we can support our LGBTQ+ friends and community members is by using their chosen names and pronouns.

Using folx chosen name and pronouns is a powerful act of respect and recognition. It acknowledges their identity and shows that we value them for who they truly are. This simple act can make a world of difference in someone's life, promoting a sense of belonging and affirming their place in our community.

Remember, Pride is not just a month—it's a movement for acceptance, equality, and love. Let’s continue to make a positive impact by honoring everyone's chosen names and pronouns. 🏳️‍🌈❤️

🌟 Mental Health Awareness Month 🌟⁣

As we honor Mental Health Awareness Month, let's remember these 5 crucial things:

1️⃣ You are not alone: Your struggles are valid, and there is always support available. Reach out to loved ones or seek professional help if you need it.⁣

2️⃣ Practice self-care: Take time for yourself every day. Whether it's a walk in nature, meditation, or indulging in your favorite hobby, prioritize activities that nourish your mind, body, and soul.⁣

3️⃣ Break the stigma: Let's challenge stereotypes and misconceptions surrounding mental health. Open up conversations, educate others, and foster a culture of empathy and understanding.⁣

4️⃣ Seek help when needed: There's no shame in asking for help. Therapy, support groups, and hotlines are valuable resources that can provide guidance and assistance during challenging times.⁣

5️⃣ Practice gratitude: Even on difficult days, try to find something to be grateful for. Cultivating a mindset of gratitude can promote resilience and enhance overall well-being.⁣

Let's come together this Mental Health Awareness Month to raise awareness, offer support, and prioritize our mental health. Remember, your mental health matters! 💚
