“Be my Peace”

This tea blend is for the ones that are fighting the silent battle of depression and anxiety, or someone that just needs a little pick me up.

For me , my anxiety and depression really started to kick in last year. I knew that I did not want to start medication, So I started to learn more about herbs. Ashwagandha played an important role in my healing so of course I incorporated it into this tea blend!

I also added lemon balm but forgot to record it 🤦🏽‍♀️
