Dr. Nikolai is officially a GIRL dad!!! Meet the newest member of the Adapt Chiropractic family, Ellie Campbell Simonsen! 🎀👼🏼🌈✨

Our beautiful baby girl was delivered into the hands of Dr. Nikolai on Sunday, February 22nd at 5:31 PM. Thank you for all of your kind words and prayers over the last several days. Bryana and baby Ellie are doing well and the boys are adjusting to life with their new baby sister! We will post Ellie’s short, but so sweet, birth story soon!

Our office will be open again beginning on Monday, March 2nd. Thank you all for your flexibility and understanding during this special time. We look forward to seeing you soon! 🩷

How is it already February 9th? 😅 Not sure how y’all feel but January lasted for an eternity! We wanted to quickly say thank you for being flexible during the recent ice/snow days and for helping keep our team safe! 🤍

Our office will be closed for an extra hour THIS Thursday, February 12th and next Thursday, February 19th. We will close at 11:30 AM and re-open at 2:30 PM. Dr. Nikolai will be leading a webinar with UNCCH and the NC DHHS on Addressing Trauma and Chronic Stress in Youth with Neurodivergent Diagnosis: Sympathetic Imbalance. If you know anything about us, we are very passionate about mental and behavioral health. Adapt Chiropractic is a neurologically based practice and we truly believe that the body has the ability to heal itself from the inside out. Our office is so proud of Dr. Nikolai and praying for him as he shares his knowledge and wisdom with others! ✨
