There are so many different ways women nurture, love, support, hold, lead, protect, encourage, and care for the people around them.

Today feels like such a beautiful day to honor all of it. 💙

Happy Mother’s Day to the moms, grandmas, daughters, sisters, aunties, bonus moms, pet moms, caretakers, and all women everywhere who bring love into this world in their own unique way.

I am genuinely so excited about this collaboration with Jen Shepard. 💙

This experience was created for people wanting more clarity, steadiness and capacity.

The ones whose minds keep moving long after the day ends.

That’s why we created Brain + Body Reset.

This is a guided nervous system reset experience designed to help you better understand what’s happening in your brain and body under pressure… while also experiencing how to shift your state in real time.

Jen brings the science, education, and strategy:

If life has felt a little loud lately and your mind has been moving a mile a minute… this is your invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect 💙

You can be grateful for your life and still feel overwhelmed by the pace of it.

So many people are carrying more than they were ever meant to hold alone while continuing to push through, perform, care for others, and keep moving.

Even the people who seem to be handling everything well on the outside.

Over time, the body adapts to living under that kind of constant pressure, which is why so many people struggle with sleep, stress, emotional overwhelm, tension, exhaustion, and feeling like they can never fully shut off.

Using the breath as a direct link to the nervous system, my work focuses on helping the body shift into a more calm, clear, steady, and restorative state.

A space to exhale.
A moment where nothing is being asked of you.
An opportunity to slow down without falling behind.

“I don’t have time.”
This phrase appears often in the language of high performers.

It reflects the pace of modern life and the amount of demand many nervous systems carry each day.

People describe their experience in ways like:
• “Everything feels urgent.”�• “My brain is full.”�• “Ican’t add one more thing.”�• “I just need to get through this week.”

These statements often reflect a nervous system managing continuous demand.
The nervous system constantly monitors the environment and prepares the body to respond. When demand remains high for extended periods, the system becomes highly practiced at maintaining readiness.

Work continues.�Responsibilities are handled.�Problems are solved.
Over time, maintaining that readiness requires more energy.

Research from the American Psychological Association’s Stress in America survey shows:
• 77% of adults report stress affecting their physical health�• 73% report stress affecting their mental health

Stress in modern environments frequently appears as continuous cognitive load, decision-making, deadlines, information flow, and responsibility.

Breathing patterns play a direct role in nervous system regulation.

Slow, rhythmic breathing activates the parasympathetic branch of the nervous system, which supports:
