The Hypervolt uses rapid, vibrating pulses directly to your muscles allowing for rapid stimulation of blood flow to a specific area. Percussion therapy is useful for relieving muscle soreness and tightness, improving range of motion, promoting circulation, and accelerating warm up and recovery.

It is recommended to use the Hypervolt for 30 seconds to 2 minutes per muscle or body part. You should use it no more than 15-20 minutes for the whole body. It is safe to use everyday after an intense workout or if you’re experiencing muscle tension.

Raleigh Orthopaedic Performance Centers are offering a free Hypervolt Massage session through the end of December. To schedule your free session, email apcinfo@raleighortho.com or call 919-876-1100.

For the month of December, Raleigh Orthopaedic Performance Centers are offering a free Hypervolt Massage session. The Hypervolt is a type of percussion therapy that uses rapid, vibrating pulses directly to your muscles. It allows for rapid stimulation of blood flow to a specific area. The Hypervolt can be used on muscles, ligaments, and tendons.

This massaging device helps relieve muscle soreness and tightness, improves range of motion, promotes circulation, and accelerates warm up and recovery. The Hypervolt is also effective for reducing delayed onset of muscle soreness and decreases levels of lactic acid in the treated muscle.

To schedule a free Hypervolt session, email apcinfo@raleighortho.com or call 919-876-1100.

A muscle strain is the tearing of a muscle. Strains can be categorized as an acute or chronic strain. An acute strain is the result of a muscle that has been stretched suddenly and it is more likely to occur in cold weather. A chronic strain is caused by lengthy, repetitive motions that utilize the same muscle group, such as tennis, golf, or sitting at a desk for long periods of time.

Deep Tissue Laser Therapy can help treat these acute and chronic muscle strains by allowing deeper tissue pe*******on that enables your cells to produce energy more effectively, helping you to heal and recover quicker.

Raleigh Orthopaedic Performance Centers are offering a free deep tissue laser therapy session if you schedule through the end of November. To schedule your free session, call 919-876-1100 or email apcinfo@raleighortho.com.

Class IV Laser Therapy is used to treat acute and chronic conditions, most effectively, muscle strains and tendinitis. Laser therapy can also be effective in post activity and sports recovery times and reducing delayed onset of muscle soreness.

LightForce Laser Therapy works by generating a photo-chemical response in damaged tissue. This response stimulates healing on a cellular level by enabling your cells to produce energy more effectively which helps you heal and recover quicker.

Raleigh Orthopaedic Performance Centers are offering a free laser therapy session through the end of November. To schedule your free laser therapy session, email apcinfo@raleighortho.com or call 919-876-1100.
