Our residents enjoyed a wonderful afternoon at this month’s themed luncheon. This month’s event transformed our spaces into a lively cruise ship luncheon experience. Residents dined on fresh seafood at a specialty bar in the Greenway Diner while enjoying live music. Meanwhile, The Boundary featured poolside classics, creating a relaxed, resort-style atmosphere.

Today we are spotlighting our HBP Pickleball Club! Our picklebros can be spotted most mornings serving up style and competition on our very own outdoor hard court. If pickleball isn’t your thing, you can join the many residents who enjoy watching (and heckling) from their balconies!

Last week, we had the joy of celebrating the incredible residents who chose their Clubhouse residences before Hayes Barton Place even opened its doors in January. Their vision and commitment helped turn HBP from a dream into a reality.

We are deeply grateful for everyone who selected their home before January 13, 2025, as well as those who have joined the community since then. Hayes Barton Place is a truly wonderful place to live—and it’s all because of the special people who choose to call it home. Thank you for making HBP so vibrant and welcoming!

Today’s Sit and Fit class was an absolute blast! Since Shannon was out of town last week, the residents decided to surprise her in the best way possible—by ordering 45 beach balls and tossing them at her as soon as class started. The laughter and smiles said it all. Moments like these really show what a tight-knit, fun-loving community we have here at HBP.

Here at Hayes Barton Place our cardio drumming class has been a real HIT! So much so that different staff members join in every Friday and do their best to keep up. Everyone from our Executive Director to Business Office Manager to Marketing team have attended this crazy cardio class and we can’t get enough of it!

Safety is always top priority at Hayes Barton Place. Last week, we were honored to welcome the firefighters from Raleigh Fire Station #6, conveniently located just 100 yards from the HBP front door!

Residents enjoyed meeting the crew, learning about fire safety, and having their questions answered. We’re grateful for the firefighters’ dedication, and we sent them back to the station with some delicious Crumbl Cookies as a small token of our appreciation. Thank you, Raleigh Fire Station #6, for your service and for spending time at HBP.

Hayes Barton Place was transported to Italy as part of our monthly Passport Series, where we take residents on a journey around the world—no passport required! 🇮🇹

Residents enjoyed an elegant Italian-themed luncheon accompanied by the spirited sounds of a traditional Italian accordionist. Our signature Hayes Barton Place ice cream cart served authentic gelato alongside classic biscotti, while a talented caricature artist—reminiscent of those found in Italian piazzas—captured the charm and personality of the day with flair. It was an unforgettable experience that brought Italy’s warmth and culture to life right here at Hayes Barton Place!

This will assess various areas like balance, flexibility, strength, agility, and functional health. The wellness team is always available to meet with you to create your own personalized wellness plan!
