Built around community and a simplistic approach to teaching we feature hot vinyasa classes open to all levels, heated barre, yin, and a signature combo class "YoBa" in a beautiful infrared heated two- room studio. Conveniently located in Quail Corners shopping center on Falls of Neuse Rd, next to Edward Jones.
