➡Regular exercise like walking or running improves leg strength, circulation, and vein strength.

➡Keep your weight within healthy limits to avoid additional pressure on your legs.

➡Elevate your legs when possible.

➡Avoid clothing that constricts your waist, groin, or legs.

➡Avoid wearing high heels for long periods of time.

➡Shift your position to avoid standing or sitting for long periods of time.

➡Eat more fiber and less salt.
