Amivie Expands In-Home Care Services with Acquisition of Atrio Home Health Care LLC

Research Triangle Park, NC – October 6, 2025 – Amivie, a leading provider of home and community-based services across six states, is proud to announce the acquisition of Atrio Home Health, a Minnesota provider of in-home care services. As part of this partnership, Atrio Home Health will join CustomCARE CBC, LLC, Amivie’s Minnesota-based provider agency, strengthening services while preserving Atrio’s trusted commitment to quality care.

This week, our Intake & Referrals team came together for an impactful meeting in Wilmington, NC.

We toured our new day program, met students, and heard about their favorite parts of attending.

Our focus was on the referral experience—ensuring our team is equipped with knowledge of every service we provide and the resources available to support clients and families.

To top it off, we tested our teamwork in an escape room and made it out with plenty of time to spare!

We’re proud of our team’s commitment to learning, growing, and serving our communities every day. 💙💚
