Proud to see Dr. Galland representing OrthoNC as a panelist at the MISHA® Sales Meeting. He was joined virtually by his physician assistant, Beth McAvoy, and a MISHA patient to share firsthand insight into the patient’s treatment journey and outcomes.

Meaningful conversations like these help advance innovative, patient-centered orthopaedic care.

Instead of replacing your ACL with a graft, the BEAR implant acts as a bridge between the torn ends of your ligament, creating a protected environment that allows your body to heal the ACL on its own.

Over time, the implant absorbs, and new tissue forms — helping restore your knee’s natural anatomy and function.

Ask Dr. Mark Galland whether BEAR is an option for your ACL injury.

The BEAR Procedure (Bridge-Enhanced ACL Repair) uses a scaffold implant to help your own torn ACL heal itself — bridging the gap with a collagen implant and your own blood to encourage natural ligament healing.

Unlike standard ACL reconstruction, BEAR preserves your native ligament and avoids taking tissue from another part of your body. Ready to explore options? Talk with Dr. Mark Galland to see if BEAR is right for you.

Advanced ankle arthritis doesn’t have to limit your life. Ankle replacement surgery — also called total ankle arthroplasty — is designed to relieve pain and restore function by replacing damaged joint surfaces with prosthetic components. This procedure preserves motion and helps patients walk more comfortably compared to traditional approaches.

Dr. LaTulip brings specialized fellowship training in foot & ankle care, including total ankle replacements, to help you get back on your feet.

📲 Ask us if ankle replacement might be the right solution for your ankle pain and mobility goals.
