Registration for Embodied Herbalism for Women closes today.

If you’ve been feeling called to slow down, work with the plants, and learn in a more hands-on, embodied way, this is your last chance to join us for this round.

Over the next three months, we’ll be working slowly and intentionally with Milky Oats, Mugwort, and Rose. Learning how to prepare them with intention, integrating them into daily life, and allowing the relationship with each plant to unfold over time.

Happy Spring Equinox🌿✨

One of the things I love most about this season is the quiet intelligence of the Earth. Everything awakens exactly when it's meant to.

The medicine we need rises right beside us.

As we move out of winter's stillness, the first greens appear. Dandelion being one of my favorites this time of year, supporting the body in gently clearing, moving, and renewing.

The Earth is always offering what we need, right on time🥰

I love books. I love learning. I love a good herbal lecture.

But as I was beginning my Herbalism journey I quickly realized…

You can read about an herb for hours.
You can memorize its actions and constituents.
You can intellectually understand everything about it.
And still not really know it.

Plants reveal themselves differently when you work with them slowly. When you drink them daily. When you make medicine with your hands. When you really sit with them.

That’s when Herbalism becomes alive.

This is the heart behind why I wanted to create Embodied Herbalism for Women. It’s something I wish I had when I was first beginning my journey. A circle of Women to meet with and work with the plants physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Instead of learning dozens of herbs at once, we’ll spend a full month on one. Preparing her medicine, working with her in daily life, and listening for the deeper teachings she offers.

I’ve been working on a new workshop series that feels really close to my heart.
For a while now, I’ve wanted to create a local space where we don’t rush through herbs… where we actually live with them. Where we choose one plant, spend a full month with her, and let the relationship unfold slowly.

It’s time to finally offer Embodied Herbalism for Women. We'll learn together for three months, working deeply with three of my favorite plant allies for women:
🌾 Milky Oats — for nourishment and the nervous system
🌿 Mugwort — for womb wisdom and cyclical awareness
🌹 Rose — for boundaries and heart protection

Each month we’ll gather in person for 2 hours. I’ll teach the herbal foundations and energetics, and we’ll make medicine together. Teas, nourishing infusions, an infused oil for Mugwort, and an Elixir for Rose with all organic ingredients.

After our time together, you’ll spend a month working with that plant in your daily life (with support from me inside a private group space).

This isn’t a certification.
It’s not fast-paced.
It’s not about learning all the herbs.

It’s about going deep with a few.
Building confidence in preparing them properly.
And allowing the plants to teach you.

I’m keeping it small (6–8 women) because I want this to feel intimate and grounded.
