“My approach to therapy is compassionate and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based methods including person-centered, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and narrative therapies to support each client’s unique goals and needs.

Healing happens in a safe and supportive space, and I aim to create that for every person I work with. Whether you’re facing a specific struggle or seeking personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.”

The holidays can bring joy for some—while stirring up deep grief for others. If this season feels heavier than it “should,” you are not alone. Grief doesn’t follow the calendar, and it doesn’t take a holiday break.

Whether you’re missing someone, adjusting to a big life change, or simply struggling to feel “festive,” your feelings are valid. You’re allowed to move gently, set boundaries, honor what hurts, and create space for what heals.

This season, give yourself permission to:
💛 Remember in your own way
💛 Opt out of what feels overwhelming
💛 Ask for support
💛 Start new traditions that feel right for where you are

Be kind to yourself. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting—it means finding ways to hold both love and loss at the same time.

If you’re struggling, our team at Raleigh Psychology is here to support you. 🌿

Ever feel like the CEO of a chaotic startup called Family, Inc.—where the employees don’t listen and the HR department (you) is one meltdown away from quitting? 👩‍💻☕️
Turns out, “organization” isn’t a personality trait — it’s a skill. And yes, even laundry-challenged moms can learn it. 🧺✨
