Your MRI is normal...so why are you still in pain?
Here’s what might actually be going on:
Sometimes, after an injury, illness, stress, or even just repetitive strain, inflammation builds up in a small area of tissue. Over time, that area can tighten and restrict normal blood flow and drainage.
When that happens, the inflammation doesn’t clear out like it should — it just sits there.
That can lead to:
• Tight, guarded muscles
• Irritated nerves
• Poor circulation
• A constant feeling of stiffness or pain
So even though your scan looks “normal”… your body is still dealing with a real problem.
This is one of the reasons chronic pain can stick around longer than expected.
The goal?
Not just to treat the symptoms — but to help the body restore movement, improve circulation, and clear out what’s been stuck.
