💡 Did you know your right glute can affect your left shoulder?
Your body moves in diagonal “slings.” The right gluteus maximus connects through the low back fascia to the left latissimus dorsi & shoulder.
👉 When your right glute is weak, your left shoulder has to pick up the slack—leading to pain, fatigue, or poor posture.
