✅ Action: During your next workout rest set, try this: Inhale silently for 4 seconds through your nose, hold your breath for 7 seconds, and exhale completely through your mouth for 8 seconds. ✅ Action: Before you leave work today, take a moment. Inhale deeply, then as you exhale, consciously drop your shoulders away from your ears, un-clench your jaw, and let your fingers go loose.
