I made this carousel because of something that happened on my page tonight. I posted a response video to someone asking “aren’t you Christian” and a woman commented “cringe.” When I pointed out that her reaction proved my point about judgmental Christians, she shifted into scripture and soft language to clean it up, using the Bible to justify condemnation.

This is what you do with energy though. You redirect it. You turn it into something that frees people instead of shaming them. You open the conversation so the ones who have been shrinking under the same judgment can finally breathe.

What always fascinates me is how quick people are to critique a woman’s joy, movement, music, or expression as if policing strangers online is a spiritual assignment. This is what pushes people away from religion, not God. Religion. The obsession with performance while ignoring intention.

“Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” (1 Sam 16:7)

The Bible is a book of consciousness states, not a weapon. “The letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.” (2 Cor 3:6)

God is not bothered by me dancing. God is not watching my playlist with a a red sharpie. The only ones bothered are those mistaking their personal discomfort for divine conviction.
