Everybody wants the pain rubbed out.
Few understand that pain is often just the final warning light.

By the time something hurts, the real problem may have started somewhere else.

Restricted fascia creates tension.
Tension creates congestion.
Congestion creates compensation.
And eventually the body says: enough.

That is why average therapists chase symptoms.
Great therapists trace patterns.

I do not just treat where it hurts.
I look for the restriction creating the backup.

Because if you only chase pain, you will keep chasing it.

Fix the pattern.
Relieve the pressure.
Change the body.

Wellness is about taking care of your whole self. Caring for your body is great. Mindfulness is amazing. Learning to regulate your emotions and nervous system is key! Let's not forget about what's going on inside!!!

Did you know that there are discount options for lab work? Might be cheaper than your co pay. If you know that you're doing everything you can for your wellbeing but something just isn't right.

Talk to your Dr! Ask for your bloodwork. Sometimes what seems like something you can stretch away, breath away, massage away... Sometimes it's a vitamin deficiency or chemical imbalance!

Check your own vital signs, read your mychart, ask for the test. Don't let little nuances become big problems!"
