The BRAT diet is an acronym for bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. Boring? Yes. But the meal plan isn't meant to be exciting. It was designed to combat digestive problems. Even so, many health professionals now consider it outdated.👇

📍 Where: Wake Internal Medicine, 3237 Blue Ridge, Raleigh (front entrance/drop-off loop)

How it works:
1️⃣ Enter from Blue Ridge Road and follow the cones/signs.
2️⃣ Stay in your car and keep a slow, steady pace.
3️⃣ Wave, hold up a sign, or share a few words as you pass by Dr. J!
4️⃣ Staff will direct you back out to Blue Ridge.
