We work with a lot of different people.

Runners. Lifters. CrossFit athletes. Parents trying to stay active. People training for something big, and people just trying to feel like themselves again.

On the surface, they all look different. But they all have one thing in common.

They want to be their best with what they have right now.

For some, it is chasing performance. For others, it is simply feeling good day to day.
What their “best” looks like can change over time. Life has a unique way of reshaping it.

Kids. Work. Events. Moves. Change happens.

But the intention stays the same. They keep showing up.

Our job is to meet them where they are and help them build a body that supports that version of them.

No matter what their “best” looks like right now, we help them keep showing up for it.

A simple cue took this runner from 153 to 171 steps per minute ➡️ “take short quick steps”.

🏃‍♀️Same speed + Higher cadence=
-Less overstriding and bounciness
-Decrease forces upon impact
-Reduced risk of injury and dysfunction with running
