"It's like being with part of my family." 💛

When caregiver Rachel visits with Ms. Kay, the time is always full of laughter, playful banter, and heartfelt connection. The two shop, play cards, garden, and more.

One memory they still laugh about is when Rachel accidentally watered all of Ms. Kay's outdoor faux plants on their very first visit. (She's learning a lot about gardening from Ms. Kay!)

When asked what she enjoys most about Rachel’s visits, Ms. Kay says it simply: “She makes me laugh!”

Spring is the perfect season to prioritize senior health.🌷

A little fresh air and outdoor activity can go a long way for your aging loved one’s body, mind, and spirit.

Kristen began her journey with Golden Harmony as a companion and is now stepping into her new role as Care Coordinator. Her hands-on experience and passion for supporting older adults make her a wonderful addition to the team.

Thank you to Loy Campbell with Dementia Alliance of North Carolina for spending time with our team, sharing such valuable insight and providing in depth dementia training to the Golden Harmony staff.

We’re committed to continuous learning so we can better support the families we serve.

Our team walked away with a deeper understanding of dementia and brain health, along with practical ways to bring that knowledge into everyday care.

Walking for a cause! 👟

We're proud to stand with North Carolina families navigating dementia by participating in the Triangle Walk to Defeat Dementia.

Our team was honored to be part of this meaningful event—walking alongside others in support, raising awareness, and being present for the families we care about every day. 💙
