Camilla brings more than 20 years of caregiving experience and a deep personal commitment to serving others.

Ellen is originally from New Jersey and has called North Carolina home for more than 50 years.

After a fall at home, Ellen worked to find support that would allow her to safely return to independent living.

Through Golden Harmony, she was matched with caregiver Camilla, and Ellen says she loves every moment they spend together.

This month's Golden Connection is Teresa and Bob. ✨

Before joining Golden Harmony, Teresa served as an Activity Director across independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities, following earlier healthcare work in quality assurance in Massachusetts.

After leaving a high-stress role, she found her true calling in companion care, where she enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

She shares a special bond with Bob, grounded in shared values, humor, and life experiences.

Their mornings are filled with laughter, pool games, and walks, making time pass quickly. Bob says Teresa reminds him of his favorite Uncle Harry from Ireland.
