As you can see, this week we received the Nurturing card with the amazing imagery of Gaia caring for the Earth, full of life and vibrant energy. This is very symbolic of how all life is connected and the truth that humans must care for, respect and protect all life, including one's own. When Mother Nature is allowed to exist without destructive interference, balance occurs naturally and abundance flows! Find ways in which you can support her through daily acts, thus supporting yourself and all of nature/humanity, while initiating the same care, respect, love and support for yourself. When you feel frustrated, channel that energy positively by using your voice to protect her, knowing you are empowering Gaia and all of humanity. Give back, then allow yourself to receive. Spend time in nature and provide care for the natural world, while recognizing all of the ways in which Gaia gives back to you. Restore balance, peace and harmony in your life in all ways in which you have the power to implement change. And take time daily to give yourself the loving care and kindness you deserve on all levels: body, mind and spirit. 

Also, I just wrapped up a beautiful 30 minute guided meditation to heal and balance the chakras that is now live on youtube. It was such a wonderful journey! Please give it a try, revisit as often as needed, and let me know your thoughts! Sending you love and light into the New Year âœĻïļ 💝🊷

Do you self-assess actions, thoughts, words, relationships, etc. For their energetic weight? When you do, and you begin the process of letting go of the burdens that way you down, the light and freedom truly feels amazing.
