Insurance providers will typically give the subscriber more information than they will our office so we always advise parents to call as well.

💡 Did you know that occupational therapy can help with executive functioning skills? Executive functioning is the term used for a range of cognitive skills that help us regulate our behavior and accomplish goals. It includes planning, working memory, impulse control and flexible thinking.

💡 Executive function skills don't come naturally to all students; children with ADHD, in particular, often struggle to master these skills and may need extra support. Strategies for students who have trouble getting organized include creating checklists for activities; setting time limits for each step; and exploring different learning strategies, such as graphic organizers.

Raleigh Therapy Services, Inc. is a multidisciplinary practice that provides quality speech and language therapy services, physical therapy services, and occupational therapy services to individuals in the central and eastern North Carolina region. We also offer bilingual therapy evaluations and services to our Spanish speaking clients.

Our specialized therapists are nationally certified and state licensed. Their experience is regularly reinforced through training, continuing education, and involvement within professional organizations. They are dedicated and passionate about making a difference in the child’s life.

The Raleigh Therapy Services team works closely with families and caregivers to facilitate age appropriate development within all settings. We strive to build partnerships with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure that the child’s needs are effectively met. We operate as a multidisciplinary team, meaning that all the therapists will work together to assess the child’s abilities, develop goals, and implement appropriate intervention.
