In response to the devastating impacts of Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina, we will be taking donations that will be delivered this weekend.

We will be collecting supplies through Friday at 12 pm.

What We’re Collecting:
We are accepting new, unused, and non-perishable items, including but not limited to:

• Bottled water
• Non-perishable food
• Paper products
• Plastic utensils
• Sanitary wipes
• Cleaning supplies
• Hygiene products
(toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc.)
• Diapers and baby wipes
• Sports drinks and hydration powder packs
• Bug spray
• Manual can openers
• Trash bags
• Socks (all sizes, unopened)
• Heavy-duty work gloves
• Pet food

By coming together, we can make a meaningful difference for our neighbors in Western North Carolina as they recover from this disaster. Your generosity and support are greatly appreciated during this challenging time.

It is not often that the surgeon gets to run the same race as the patient. Just 6 months after her ACL surgery Dr David Jones was privileged and honored to run the Hobbiton 11k race with a patient in Hamilton, New Zealand. An amazing run through some of the set from Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit series. "She did amazingly well! Tough to keep up with her. Seeing patients do well again and returning to their activities is beyond rewarding."

Grateful to represent some high caliber athletes - especially from North Carolina at the recent indoor national championships at the Armory in NYC
