ALL STUDENTS MUST ARRIVE 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF CLASS, THE DOORS WILL BE LOCKED AT EXACTLY THE TIME OF THE START OF CLASS, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. Sign up on the Mindbody app or our website for Hot Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, Hip Hop Asana, Yoga Sculpt (Vinyasa with optional weights), Hot 26 Fusion, and Yin yoga. Congrats to our Student Spotlight this month, Brandon Harris!🎉💫✨

✨What is your favorite yoga pose and why?
Right now, toppling tree. Because I stink at it.

✨What activities do you do to supplement your yoga?
Lifting, golf, walks, and any sport involving a ball....except soccer

🎉Congrats to our Teacher Spotlight this month, Kim Bartman! Read her story below:💫

✨I am so honored to be selected as Indigo’s Teacher of the Month. My yoga journey began about 18 years ago, when a yoga teacher came into the law firm where I was working and offered lunchtime classes. In 2014, my next-door neighbor introduced me to Indigo. At the time, I did not think I had the time or patience for a regular yoga practice on top of other workouts. Over the years, though, I have come to appreciate that yoga is just as much a workout as a work in, and I
value the balance it brings to my life.

✨In 2021, as a Mother’s Day gift, my husband and two teenage daughters signed me up for yoga teacher training at Indigo. It was a big commitment for our active family, but it turned out to be such a meaningful and rewarding experience. I expected YTT to deepen my personal practice, but I did not realize how much I would love teaching. Teaching yoga has expanded my mind, body, and heart in ways I never anticipated, and it has enriched my life beyond my daily roles
and responsibilities.

✨I am deeply grateful for the health and ability to keep moving, learning, and growing. Yoga continues to remind me to stay open-minded, grounded, and present. I feel so thankful to be part of the incredible Indigo community, and I look forward to continuing to share the gift of yoga with others.

Meet our Student Spotlight this month, Isabelle Blank!🎉💫

✨What is your favorite yoga pose and why?
My favorite yoga pose is half moon, because it is a pose that challenges strength, flexibility, and balance.

✨What activities do you do to supplement your yoga?
I enjoy hiking and running, and I enjoy going on bike rides with my family. Growing up, I was a figure skater, and I still enjoy getting on the ice and skating.

✨Favorite quote:
“This is the deepest blue, talking, talking, always talking to you.” (Maggie Nelson, Bluets)

✨What is/are your goal(s) for your yoga practice?
My goal for my yoga practice is to be kind to myself, to learn new skills, to breathe, to be part of a community, and to learn from others.

✨What are you grateful for?
I am thankful for lots of things. I am thankful for my family and my dog, for adventures, for good stories, and for my friends.

✨Do you like the beginning or end of the class better and why?
I like the beginning of class and the end of class for different reasons. I like the beginning of class because it is warm in the hot room, and you have the whole hour to practice. And I like the end of class because my body feels strong, and I’m in a different space than I was when I began practicing.

✨Shoutouts to any teachers?
I am thankful to teachers at Indigo for creating a space in which to practice and to learn that feels supportive, challenging, and joyful.

✨Fun facts:
It takes roughly 540 peanuts to make a jar of peanut butter.
A group of owls is called a parliament.
The specks on strawberries are single seeds called achenes.
Bottlenose dolphins are the only other species to have names for themselves.

✨Three words that describe you: Adaptable, enthusiastic, and stubborn.

Meet our Teacher Spotlight, Trinity Luchynsky! 🎉💫

✨Hi Indigo community! I’m Trinity. I found yoga along my path of self-discovery and mindfulness, and I graduated from Indigo’s YTT program in 2024! Outside of the studio, I study Food and Nutrition remotely at Appalachian State University.

✨My favorite yoga pose is dandayamana dhanurasana, standing bow pose, because it makes me feel strong and grounded.

✨In my classes, I hope to empower students to listen to their bodies and achieve their goals, whether that’s offering certain cues to help them find the alignment that best serves their body, or creating a place where they feel safe and supported enough to surrender.
