Summer T-Shirt Contest Reminder - Ends at the end of the August!! We have loved seeing everyone represent our clinic in the community this summer☺️ We just wanted to remind everyone on how to be enrolled in the contest for the chance to win cash and prizes, as we've had some re-occurring questions! All you have to do is take a picture of you wearing your APTAB shirt at any local doctor's office and submit the picture via email to the address on the picture below! A winner will be announced during the first week of September👕💙🎊

Patient Spotlight✨

Zena came to our clinic in March with significant back pain that impacted her ability to bend, lift, twist, and walk. This limited her ability to partake in her hobbies, playing tennis and gardening. She has been under the care of Dr. Jessie, and has also worked closely with Dr. Kelly over these last 3-months to reduce muscle tightness, decrease pain with mobility, and strengthen with trunk and legs. She is now back to gardening without restriction and serving up a mean backhand on the court!!🎾🪴🤗

We are so proud of all your hard work over these last 3 months and are so happy to see you back doing activities that you enjoy, Zena!!

Attention Medicare patients: Medicare is attempting to cut its fee schedules, affecting your access to physicians and medical professionals, as well as our ability to provide quality services. The Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act of 2024 (H.R.10073) has passed the House and requires your support to pass the Senate. If enacted, this bill will result in a slight increase in payment for medical professionals instead of a decrease.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Looking ahead at the weather this week, we wanted to assure our patients that the pool is grounded and SAFE to use! Don’t forget to get your pool visits in this week as we will be renovating the pool from May 15th – May 20th. We look forward to seeing everyone this week😀

One of our patients had a interesting way that he incorporates mobility into his day to stay active, work on his strength and mobility within his daily routine ➡️ performing a wall squat while he is brushing his teeth to work on core and glute strength, and keeping light weights next to his couch to perform light upper body movements during commercials!!

We support and love that innovation of "incorporating movement into your existing day" over "having to make time for movement out of your day", this is a great way to shift your perception to work towards consistency and we applaud him for his dedication👏🥳💪
