Movement doesn’t have to be intense to make an impact.

It doesn’t have to mean long workouts, gym memberships, or doing it “perfectly.”

Sometimes, it looks like:
• A short walk after a meal
• Stretching while watching TV
• Taking the stairs
• Dancing in your kitchen
• Standing up and moving between tasks

These small moments add up—supporting your blood glucose, lifting your mood, and helping you feel more connected to your body.

And just as important: movement can be a form of self-care, not punishment.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach. What matters most is finding what feels realistic for you—and giving yourself permission to start small. Because small steps are still progress.

✨ If movement feels hard in this season of life, save this as a reminder. Come back to it on the days when motivation is low—you’re allowed to start small.
