We're delighted to welcome Christina Carilli, CRC, LCMHCA!
"I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Special Education from High Point University and Master’s in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I have worked closely with neurodivergent children and adolescents, parents navigating the school system (IEPs, 504s, special programs, etc.), and developing plans for post-high school. I work to bridge the gap between developmental and psychiatric disabilities since they are often co-occurring. I previously worked at Vocational Rehabilitation, helping students and young adults with developmental disabilities prepare for and obtain employment, receive necessary accommodations and connect families with community resources. I want to be able to help my clients apply the skills they learn in our sessions to their everyday life. I believe that everyone can be successful, we just need to find and apply the tools to achieve goals."
