She is a 2003 graduate of the Barbara Brennan School's intensive four-year Professional Healing program in Miami, but she she first began, in 1989, as a Mahi Kari (True Light) Healer at a Washington DC Dojo, where she practiced for 9 years. She next trained as medium in the traditional Spiritualist Church, where students undergo testing for accuracy. She became a Reiki Master and was Ordained in the Order of Mechizedek in 2002, completed many programs at the Monroe Institute in Faber, Virginia, and in 2005, following an extended personal healing journey to the John of God Center in Brazil, underwent training in Miami to read in the Akashic Records.
