As hibernation season ends, I’m excited to welcome what I consider the true new year—Spring! This is when the sun lingers longer, the world awakens with blooming flowers and emerging wildlife, and we feel a renewed energy for life. With that energy comes the momentum to turn plans into action and build routines that make our dreams a reality.

Greetings!
Man oh man...it's crazy out there. How are you holding up?

Me? I'm finding myself needing to retreat more and more these days. Quiet the noise. Wrap myself in a protect bubble of sorts to simply...keep my sanity!

Even more, I'm looking for ways to connect within community. Those who are like me...needing another way out of the madhouse. I recently started a book I purchased a while ago and when I finished the first chapter I thought it would be a great way to connect and....escape.

So...here I am asking if you would like to join me in a book discussion group to read and reflect on Spirits Come From Water: An Introduction to Ancestral Veneration and Reclaiming African Spiritual Practices by Ehime Ora.
