Resting in the In-Between
A Peacefull Afternoon of Yin and Restorative Yoga with live Cello
Sunday, March 1st 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Join Amy and Jean for a gentle journey inward, inspired by nature’s quiet threshold between winter and spring. This is a time to be unrushed, to be still, and to listen.
The Yin and Restorative postures invite you to soften into the steady support of your props and the earth beneath you. Live cello tones gently envelop the practice, nourishing the nervous system and encouraging release. Together, stillness, subtle movement, and sound create space for unwinding—feeding what is tired, tending what is tender, and cultivating patience for whatever is quietly taking shape.
Through long, supported holds, the body is gently invited to unwind tension- creating space to open both physically and energetically. This practice offers a profound opportunity for deep rest, restoration, and renewal.
We’ll close with a guided meditation and an extended savasana, allowing the peace and calm to settle fully into every layer of your being.
