Sophia is now a ONE YEAR OLD! Time has really flown! She is such a happy giggly and fun girl and we love every moment we get to spend with her! Here is a selection of our favorite photos from the last 3ish months! We can’t wait to see what adventures she goes on next! ❤️

Sophia is now a whopping 9 months old! She has traveled to Disney world and the Dominican Republic so far! She has even been to a few protests!! She absolutely loves flipping around and being held high overhead! (Is anyone actually surprised by that?! lol) Andrew should be home from his 6 month deployment soon and we can’t wait to all be together again!

Sophia turned 6 months old today!! We have had a blast getting to know her and watching her explore the world! It has definitely been hard the last 2 months while Andrew has been deployed but we are chugging along.

She has started rolling and REALLY wants to crawl and walk but can’t quite manage yet. She loves food and her stuffed animals!

Ready to jump into the new year with fun 30 min workouts?! I now have a brand new monthly unlimited class drop in package! With this new package you will be automatically enrolled in all of my drop in classes for 31 days!

💵 Cost: $50
🗓️ Time Frame: 31 days
🌟 What do you get: Access to all of my MyFLEX drop in 30 min conditioning and rehab classes for 31 days after you sign up.

You can purchase the class pass at any time and use it for 31 days, then you can simply purchase it again if you want to have it for the next 31 days! I will send you a reminder a week before your package runs out!

All of the classes are available to be taken live or you can take them on the recordings that will be sent out and available for one week after the class airs. No need to sign up for each individual class, as you will be automatically added to every class for a month.

My classes are normally between $5-7 each depending on the class and all of the classes are still available for drop-in participants who don’t want to sign up for the whole month!

Welcome to the world Sophia Eloisa Huberman-Davis! Sophia made her grand entrance at 1:27am this morning weighing 6 lbs 1 oz after 18 hours of active labor.

She had a little bit of trouble transitioning and ended up in the NICU for the first 10 hours of life but she is back in our room now and doing great and so are we! We can’t wait to introduce her to the world! ❤️

Carolina Circus Festival is finally here!!! Join us TOMORROW, Saturday, Sept 14th from 3:30-9:30pm for all things DREAMLAND🎪

I will be performing Fire and LED dancing 9 months pregnant at the end of the night!!!! 🔥 🤰

We have a great day of filled with family friendly free aerial acrobatics shows, interactive workshops, arts market, silent auction and more!

We had to let our sweet wonderful beautiful Luna Eclipse go last night. Her seizures had gotten to the point that she wasn’t Luna anymore and wasn’t happy. I have never had to do anything this hard before in my life, but she was ready. We spent the whole day with her doing her favorite things like going to the park, taking a bike ride, going to the pet store and snuggling in all her favorite places. She had 4 meals of steak and 5 bowls of whipped cream. She was asleep in my arms when the time finally came. I will miss her for the rest of my life, she is my soul and heart dog, and there is a piece of my heart just broken and lost right now. But I know she is no longer scared or in pain. I love you so much Luna, you are the love of my life. 🐶❤️
