Located in Raleigh, NC, our yoga classes consists of a progressive sequence of poses designed for lifelong health and meant to be accessible to all. The series works to strengthen and tone the muscles, improve flexibility and endurance, and calm the mind. We teach posture modifications to allow everyone, beginner to athlete, to chose the version of the pose that works best for them that day. We tailor your practice to the specific shape and structure of your body by teaching the use of props, such as yoga blocks and straps. Come and connect with your breath, your body and your mind!
