Raleigh Skin Surgery Center and Vision Dermatology Clinic have an outstanding opportunity for a full-time, day shift, Patient Care Coordinator.
Our clinic operates Monday - Thursday. You should have a cheerful disposition and willing to work hard while providing the best experience to our patients. Experience with Dermatology is a plus.
Our clinic is looking for an experienced patient care coordinator. We are seeking an individual who is professional, reliable, and trustworthy to work as part of a team in our busy office. You must be motivated, energetic, self-directed and able to communicate effectively and compassionately while always adhering to the highest standards of privacy. This is a permanent, long-term position.

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include but not be limited to:
- Answer telephone calls in a professional manner, directs calls appropriately; refers patient problems appropriately; schedules patient appointments
- Scheduling management
- Patient flow management
- Payment collections
- Medical records management
- Marketing
- other general office duties
Qualifications and Skills
Must have 1+ year of medical front office experience or related education.
Experience using an EMR, Office 365, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat preferred
