"Plot twist: Your hot yoga practice just found its perfect workout partner!"

Since we introduced Inferno Hot Pilates to the Gratitude offerings this summer, students have been loving it!

1. It works the glutes, a muscle group that wanes with age.
2. The core is focused on resulting in an overall feeling of strength and integration in the core of who you are!
3. High Intensity Interval Training, also known as H.I.I.T. is low to zero impact but very high results! The 'ticker' will thank you ;-)
4. (MOST IMPORTANT-Mental Health Boost) The combination of yoga and I.H.P. boosts serotonin levels, the happy hormone that lowers anxiety and stress, improves sleep, and makes us feel good. It's basically therapy, but sweatier and with better music ;-)

And, it's a perfect complement to the Flow classes. I've been taking the I.H.P. classes and have noticed a significant increase in my handstands...not that you care, but what are you working on?

Well, I know that when you complement your weekly Flow classes with Inferno Hot Pilates, you're going to feel the benefits too!
