I started a new RD job last week and let's just say getting back into a routine was ROUGH after being at home for 5 months!! Skipping out on breakfast gets me ALL kinds of hangry!!!

SOO I made a huge batch of my favorite easy, go-to grab and go breakfast. Super hero muffins.

I'm not posting the recipe because you can Google it yourself. But my variations this time was sour cream blueberry. The original recipe calls for 1 cup grated carrots and 1 cup grated zucchini. Make sure whatever wet ingredients like grated apples, pumpkin puree, blueberries blackberries and whatever else you can come up with equals 2 cups!!!

They're gluten free, refined sugar free and a giant batch lasts in freezer for 2-3 months. Microwave for 30-45 seconds and yes a slab of butter on top is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!!!

On rare occasions my packages from Young Living come with their farms on the package and I stop to think.... THIS IS WHY YOUNG LIVING. When I share oils and a chemical free home with others many often ask "Why Young Living?" And this is the only way I know how to explain it: The Seed to Seal standard.

This is a picture of the lavender farms in Simiane-la-Rotonde, France. They hand w**d their lavender so they don't spray with harsh chemicals.
From the time every seed is planted to the harvesting process to the lab testing for quality to sealing that tiny bottle and everything in between I am ensured that it is the BEST oil for me and my family to use.

You, yes you, and ANYONE else, can visit ANY of their farms, take a tour, stop and smell the flowers. Most other companies don't even own their farms having little to no control over what pesticides for planting and other harsh chemicals for distilling are being used. Are they even testing every single batch of oil and not selling if they don't meet quality standards?

Sweet friends, the phrase "you get what you pay for" doesn't stop at high end designer shoes & clothing, service based products, groceries, and everything else in this world. Why should essential oils be any different??

One pot pantry pasta dinner. Thanks to for the inspo on making a one pot pasta.
Whatever noodles you have on hand cooked with chicken stock(it water) skipping the need for boiling water and having dinner on the table in under 30 minutes.
Saute some onions and garlic, add your broth and bring to boil. Toss in your pasta and cook until Al dente, then throw in whatever veggies you have and anything else in your pantry. I used bell peppers, asparagus, red onions, white beans
Great on its own or throw some chicken or shrimp on top!
