My passion has always been about helping people since my daddy was sick as a teenage girl. I knew the simple things I did he loved and it felt good to be able to help him in a small measure. As a nurse, I feel this same passion as I help people in their illnesses. I love the medical field and how quickly we can respond to life threatening events. However, we have become so engrossed in treating the symptoms that we have forgotten to find the ROOT cause to people's illnesses. We are quick to hand out a pill and say see me in a month (so I can treat the side effects your new medication is giving you). It saddens me and it has become my NEW passion to help people in a holistic way...treating with nutrition,exercise, a variety of therapies and things our body really can use and profit from. This girl of mine makes me happy! She is a breath of fresh air. Spunky, her own hilarious-ness, full of life and my built in bestie! I’m loving these years and I know they won’t last long.

Missing my man child today! But so proud of him. He’s happy and thriving. What more can a mommas heart want. 🥹
