My name is Felicia, the Owner and Founder of Balanced Fitness w/Felicia. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Wellness Coach, I truly believe fitness should be fun! The mission of Balanced Fitness is to inspire individuals to remove barriers and excuses to fitness and develop a healthier lifestyle, as well as creating a fit, balanced, active lifestyle while making fitness fun! We laugh, we talk, we learn, we create fun ways to workout and as your trainer, you are not left alone! Balanced Fitness designs a program tailored to fit your needs and works with you and beside you to create a motivating, empowered fun filled fitness experience. I feel in love with being a dancer at a young age however, discovered my passion for running and strength training while running track in High School. I was a middle and long distance runner. During this time in HS, we were also introduced to strength trainer to help us develop into a balanced athlete. After HS, I continued running for fun as well as continued with strength training. I loved the results and how I felt over all. I loved learning during the process, how your body composition changes before and after birth, the failed times, overcoming injury and still coming out on
top of your own personal goals! My private passion for fitness, became a reality to help others and Balanced Fitness was born! Now I can work with a target market of individuals 35-50+, helping each of them achieve their goals; whether its weight loss, decrease or eliminating medication, becoming and creating a healthy lifestyle, increasing endurance, etc. I love knowing I can be a part of their journey! The goal is to truly be THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF!
