🍁 This Thanksgiving, We Have So Much to Be Grateful For 🍁

As we gather around this season of gratitude, we’re reflecting on the incredible resilience of the men we serve and the unwavering support of our community. Together, we continue to build safe, stable housing that supports long-term recovery and second chances.

Today, we’re excited to share a milestone: the addition of our seventh property — a medically assisted home designed specifically to support men engaged in Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). This new residence will allow us to better meet the needs of individuals who benefit from structured, compassionate, medically informed recovery support.

This Thanksgiving, we’re grateful:

At Emmaus House, we’re proud to be part of the solution — offering Wake County’s first transitional housing program exclusively for men engaged in Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT), a proven and life-saving path to recovery.

Two of our houses offer structured transitional living, providing a firm foundation for personal growth within a two-year timeframe. Our three apartment-style units serve those seeking longer stays while still being involved in a supportive community that provides accountability. Our Medication Assisted Recovery house helps individuals coming straight off the streets who are exploring their own unique path toward recovery. At Emmaus House, every one of our properties provides a critical step on the journey to long-term recovery.
